Questions, answered straight
Do I own my website and my data?
You own your data, always, and can export it anytime. The platform code is ours — that's what lets us keep improving it for every client every month without ever charging you for updates. If you leave, you take your data, your content, and your domain.
Are there hidden or surprise fees?
No. $597 covers everything we run for you — hosting, AI, content, support, call answering, all of it. The only thing ever billed separately is brand-new work you ask for down the road — a new page, a new integration — and we quote that up front, before we touch it. Never a surprise.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to stop. Prepay annually if you'd rather — two months free — but that's your choice, not a lock-in.
What about call and message costs?
Included. Ordinary call and text volume for a business your size is covered by the $597 — no per-call or per-message fees. The only exception would be a sustained high-volume outbound campaign, which we'd flag and scope with you first.
What if I have a huge site or unusual integrations?
That's what the strategy session is for — we'll scope it honestly and tell you the real number.
