Consent
You receive text messages from Workhorse Solutions, LLC or one of its products only after you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example by entering it in a dashboard, requesting an insurance ID card, or asking us to text you. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.
What we send
Messages are strictly transactional — insurance ID-card delivery and policy questions through CoverText, and operational alerts such as urgent task and lead notifications from the platform. We do not send marketing or bulk messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity and the alerts you've enabled. These are recurring messages tied to events, not a fixed-count campaign.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to immediately stop all texts. You can also remove your number from your dashboard settings. Reply HELP for help.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We don't share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
