Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Workhorse Solutions website and the managed platform we build and operate for our clients.

Who we are
Workhorse Solutions, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or apply for a strategy session, and what the platform collects on behalf of clients who run their business on it.
Information we collect
When you use this site, we collect the information you submit and basic usage data:
- Application details — what you tell us in the strategy-session form (business type, revenue range, your bottleneck, current tools, timeline, and contact information).
- Usage data — standard analytics such as pages visited and referring source, used to understand and improve the site.
For clients running on the managed platform, the platform also processes operational data on the client's behalf, including call recordings, call transcripts, caller phone numbers, and extracted task data.
Call recording and AI disclosure
Where the platform answers calls, it discloses at the start of the call that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. Callers who object can continue without a recording; basic call metadata is still logged. Clients are responsible for complying with the call-recording laws that apply to them — some states require all-party consent.
How we use your information
- To evaluate strategy-session applications and respond to you.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the site and the platform.
- To provide the call answering, content, and dashboard features clients have signed up for.
How we share information
We use a small set of service providers to deliver the service — for example Twilio for telephony, our AI provider (such as Anthropic) for AI processing, and an analytics provider for website metrics. We share only what each provider needs to do its job. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Call recordings — automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Call transcripts — automatically deleted after one year.
- Task data — kept until the client deletes it.
- Account and application information — deleted within 30 days after an account is cancelled.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Union (GDPR) have additional rights of access, deletion, and portability. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
