Acceptance

By using this site or the services of Workhorse Solutions, LLC, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Workhorse Solutions builds and operates a managed platform for established home-services companies and independent insurance agencies — a marketing website, AI call answering and task extraction, a content engine, a chat assistant, and an owner dashboard, integrated with the systems you already run.

Fees and billing

Pricing is posted publicly on our pricing page: a one-time onboarding fee that scales with your site, plus a flat monthly platform fee. Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contract, billed in advance. Onboarding fees and partial months are non-refundable. If a payment fails, we'll retry over a short window before suspending the service.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with the laws that apply to you, including call-recording consent laws — some states require all-party consent.
• Keep your business information accurate so the platform represents you correctly.
• Review and verify AI-generated output — extracted tasks, drafted content, and call summaries — before acting on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, for harassment or spam, to impersonate others, to collect data without authorization, or to reverse-engineer the platform.

Your data and our software

You own your business data and can export it at any time. The platform software itself remains ours — that's what lets us keep improving it for every client without charging for updates.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we aren't responsible for missed calls, lost revenue, or errors in AI-generated output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. After cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
